Warehouse & Dispatch Operative
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: £12.71 per hour

We''re looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse & Dispatch Operative to join a small, friendly team within a growing business based in Bury St Edmunds.
  
This is a hands-on role where you''ll be involved in the full warehouse cycle, from receiving goods and managing stock through to packing and dispatching customer orders. As part of a close-knit team, you''ll need to be someone who takes pride in their work, works independently, and is happy to take ownership of responsibilities.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and unloading deliveries
• Scanning stock into the warehouse system
• Stock control and stock rotation
• Putting goods away and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
• Repacking bulk stock into smaller packs
• Organising and booking courier collections
• Preparing shipments ranging from small individual orders to larger pallet deliveries
• Supporting the planning of stock requirements and helping ensure products are available for customer demand
• Maintaining warehouse organisation, cleanliness and accuracy
