Sales Administrator

A client of ours in the Colchester area are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 8:30am - 2:00pm. Paying 26,000 - 28,000 per annum depending on experience.Key Duties include but are not limited to:Provide technical advice and solutionsLiaise with customers via phone and email to understand product requirements and lead times.Create and follow up on customer quotationsProcess customer orders and send order confirmations.Perform commercial reviews of orders and input them into the ERP system.Coordinate with internal departmentsMaintain clear CRM and sales records.Support the wider sales team administratively, contributing to monthly reporting and stock data input.Organise product dispatch with logistics providers.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales Administrator position:Experience in using a CRM or ERP systemPrevious experience within administration and sales support ideally within the manufacturing and production industry.Excellent communication skillsProficient within the Microsoft packagesHighly organisedGCSE Maths and English graded C or aboveIf you feel like you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this Sales Administrator position, please apply with your CV and contact Katie at Prime Appointments for a confidential chat.
