The successful candidate will lead their technical platform evolution across a dynamic, multi-brand environment. Someone who can guide an engineering team while actively engaging with business stakeholders, group architects, and governance leads to unlock value. The role will involve oversight of a team of 3 direct and you will own the delivery of a scalable, governed medallion data architecture. Role: Lead andamp; Build: Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers. Shape Architecture: Drive the local execution of our Group-provided data platform, building reusable analytics engineering data products and a scalable medallion architecture. Collaborate andamp; Influence: Serve as the bridge between technical execution and business strategy, translating platform investments into clear business outcomes.
