Job Title: Civils Ganger
Location: Isle of Wight

Matchtech are looking to recruit experienced Civils Gangers to lead small operational teams delivering utility and drainage infrastructure works across the Isle of Wight.

• Supervising operatives on site
• Managing daily works and productivity
• Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
• Liaising with Project Managers and Supervisors
• Completing site documentation

• Proven experience leading civils gangs
• Utilities, drainage or highways background
• SSSTS beneficial
• NRSWA qualification desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence
