This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of building maintenance, investment programmes and minor works projects, ensuring value for money and effective commercial management across a range of contracts. Key Responsibilities Provide a professional Quantity Surveying service across building maintenance and investment projects. Assist in the management of measured term, term service and minor works contracts. Prepare specifications, bills of quantities, schedules of rates and tender documentation. Evaluate tenders and quotations and assist with the procurement of contracts. Administer contracts, ensuring effective commercial management and value for money. Monitor project budgets, forecasts, cash flow and expenditure. Authorise works instructions, variations and invoices within delegated approval levels. Provide technical advice and support to management and colleagues. Support contract performance monitoring, risk management and compliance activities.
