Just this year alone they have provided over 5,709+ hours of training to their employees. Due to continued success within a major blue-chip contract, they are now recruiting for a Fabric Technician, who are skilled in carpentry maintenance covering sites throughout the XXX area.

JOB PURPOSE

The successful candidate will be required to carry out a multi-site role offering building fabric maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house.

The work includes a mix of PPM and reactive building fabric works internally and externally to include Building, Fabric, Painting & Decorating, Plumbing & Drainage, Joinery and Planned Maintenance.

JOB SPECIFICATION

You must have experience of working within a similar position in a retail or commercial environment and hold the following qualifications:

• An NVQ Level 2 Trade qualification or time served in Carpentry
• Competent with other trades, such as plumbing, flooring, tiling, painting & decorating 
• CSCS Card  
• Full UK Driving Licence 

SALARY/BENEFITS

• £32,520 per year + Overtime (£40k OTE)
• On call - 1 in 6 per annum

• 33 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays)
