Head of Organization Development and Change, £66,000 - £74,000 Per Annum, Manchester (Hybrid) Macmillan Davies are proud to be partnering with a purpose led organisation who are looking for a Head of OD and Change to lead and develop their Organisation Development and Change teams and deliver high-quality, strategic support across the business. Main duties involve: Deputise for the Director of OD and Change at as required.Partner with Transformation teams to drive programme outcomes and benefits realisation.Lead high-impact OD and change initiatives that are aligned to business priorities.Integrate leadership, capability and cultural development to strengthen performance.Shape leadership effectiveness and people management excellence.Manage external partners and embed best practice.Control budgets to deliver measurable value.Ensure governance, regulatory and compliance standards are met. The Ideal candidate will have: MCIPD qualified (or equivalent).Proven change and project management expertise (APMG, ACMP or Prosci desirable).Experience within housing, the public sector, regulated environments/large-scale transformation.Extensive OD and change experience in complex, multi-disciplinary businesses.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
