An excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Motor Mechanic to join a well-established company!Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.Salary: £42,000 - £44,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.Location: West Horndon, Brentwood.Schedule: Monday - Friday, Overtime Available - 28 days holiday entitlement per annum including Bank Holidays.About The Company:They are a busy fleet assistance and vehicle repair company repairing and maintaining fleets of emergency and non-emergency ambulance vehicles.The company are looking for a qualified vehicle technician to service, maintain and perform repairs on PTS/Emergency Ambulances and van fleet vehicles.Key Responsibilities:Primary duties are the repair and maintenance of emergency and non-emergency vehiclesCarry out and evaluate preventive maintenance schedulesConduct repairs on the brake, engine, electrical, fuel, hydraulic, transmission, ignition, air suspension systems, exhaust, axle assemblies, and related systems on all types of equipmentCandidate Requirements:Comprehensive knowledge of motor vehicles and previous experience in a similar environment. City and Guilds Automotive or equivalentHave a full UK manual driving license with no more than 3 pointsOver 25Strong diagnostic skillsAble to remain calm under pressureStrong organisational skills and ability to multi-task whilst under pressureProven ability to be flexible within an environmentMust have excellent attention to detailPrevious responsibility for the maintena
