Operating as a medium-sized national business, it focuses on delivering reliable and efficient services to its clients.DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:As a Fleet Administrator, you will provide consistent support to our internal and broader teams, nationwide.Work in our Key 2 Fleet Management System, a dynamic system encompassing all Fleet related tasksLead effective communication with suppliers and third-party agentsManaging compliance dataResponsible ensuring the fleet data is accurate and updated regularlyManaging Tolls, CC, ULEZ Accounts for the GroupUpdate Key 2 Jaama with licence checks, parking charge notices, road fund licences and other relevant information.Administration of forms and associated Fleet documentsMonitor the Group Incident Database and liaise with InsurersMonitor and keep Telematics systems updated and produce utilisation reports monthly/ weeklySupport Fleet Manager with monthly reporting and oth
