We are seeking a proactive and engaging Health and Safety Trainer to join a leading civil engineering and construction contractor, delivering high-quality training across live operational projects, in the East Midlands and south of the country. Based on the needs of the business, you will support site teams through practical training, assessments and competence development, helping to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and compliance are maintained across the organisation.The RoleReporting to the Head of Health and Safety, you will plan, coordinate and deliver practical, field-based health and safety training across construction operations.
