This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a high-value digitalisation project, enhancing onboard passenger equipment across the fleet.As a Mechanical Fitter, you ll play a key role in the mechanical installation of onboard digital systems, ensuring consistent technology integration across the entire fleet. This is an ideal role for experienced fitters with a strong background in rolling stock and a passion for quality, safety, and teamwork.Key Responsibilities: • Carry out mechanical fitting of digital passenger systems, including Wi-Fi, CCTV, USB charging points, and information displays • Interpret and follow detailed modification and installation instructions for interior systems • Use a variety of mechanical fitting tools to install equipment safely and precisely • Collaborate closely with the wider engineering team to complete tasks to specification and schedule • Accurately record work completed and report any issues, tooling needs, or material shor
