Key Responsibilities:

  Design, deliver, and assess stimulating Business Studies lessons for Key Stages 3 and 4

  Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of all students and support their academic development

  Track student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback

• 
  

  Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and inspiring learning atmosphere

  Engage in departmental meetings, professional development, and school events

  Contribute to curriculum development and run extra-curricular business-related activities

Ideal Candidate:

• 
  

  Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification

  Possesses strong subject expertise and enthusiasm for Business Studies

  Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
