We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join a dynamic team within a manufacturing company based in Sandwich. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations, assisting both the operational and commercial teams, ensuring the smooth running of the office. Working Hours: Monday-Thursday: 08:30 to 17:00, Friday: 08:30 to 14:30 (37.5 hours per week). Key Responsibilities:Liaise with clients for ongoing and upcoming projectsCoordinate with engineers to schedule new and ongoing projectsProcess invoices and purchase orders for clients and suppliersHandle purchasing and receipt of equipment for projectsManage asset tracking for upcoming work, hardware maintenance, and compliancePrepare and distribute work package documentation, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and site access permitsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety log recordingCoordinate training and networking eventsSupport marketing, business development, and manage the company website and social media accountsProvide general administrative support to the management teamEssential SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a teamDesirable Skills Experience using Sage 50 Accounting softwareUnderstanding of GDPR practices in a workplace settingExperience
