Our Supported Living and Outreach Services for individuals with learning disabilities need warm, engaging, and flexible individuals who are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure service users enjoy a high quality of life and connect with their communities. We seek calm, resourceful, energetic, and motivated individuals with excellent communication and teamwork skills to promote service users'' dignity, independence and well-being. Your duties will include providing practical, emotional and behavioural support, assisting non-verbal communicators, supporting community activities and helping with personal care and domestic tasks.
