The Property Management department of the estate agency is continuously growing and currently manages a portfolio of over 1,000 properties. Due to this growth, they are now looking for an experienced Client Accountant to join the team of 8 Property Managers, 2 Accountants, and an administrator to help deliver outstanding customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Accountant to take on the next challenge in their career, with more responsibilities and independence in their work.What you will be Responsible for:

Managing the entire rent process: receiving rent and paying landlords.Preparing and reporting on year-end accounts and audits.Liaising with landlords and tenants, and dealing with supplier queries.Supplier ledger reconciliation.Bank reconciliation.Activating new tenancies and processing renewals.Credit control: landlord fees and tenants'' arrears.Processing deposit returns.Posting supplier invoices.You will need:

Minimum 3 years of client accounts experience in a Property Management department.Experience with client accounting software, preferably Reapit.Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines.Desire to take ownership of tasks.Good written communication skills.Good computer skills.Basic Salary:
