RSG are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Northolt. As the Deputy Nursery Manager, you would be: Supporting the Room Leader in the daily running of the room Guiding and mentoring your team to deliver outstanding EYFS practice Acting as a key person, building strong, supportive relationships with children and their families Ensuring the highest standards in safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance Leading observations, planning, and assessments to promote individual development Championing best practices and supporting staff development If you have a passion for early years education and care, hold a full and relevant level 3 qualification, and have at least 2 years of post-qualifying experience along with 1 year of leadership experience, we would love to hear from you.
