HR & Restaurant Supervisor – Christmas Events

£15.00 per hour | Bletchley | Evening Shifts | December 2026

OA Recruitment is looking for a HR & Restaurant Supervisor to support a fantastic series of Christmas events in Milton Keynes throughout December.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining staff coordination with supporting the kitchen team during busy evening dinner services.

Hours & Pay

• £15.00 per hour
• 6:00pm – 12:30am
• Evening and weekend shifts throughout December
• Temporary Christmas event work

Week 1

• Wednesday 2nd December
• Thursday 3rd December
• Friday 4th December
• Saturday 5th December

Week 2

• Thursday 10th December
• Friday 11th December
• Saturday 12th December

Week 3

• Wednesday 16th December
• Friday 18th December
• Saturday 19th December

What Will You Be Doing?

Working alongside the venue''s HR Manager, you''ll play an important part in making sure the evening runs smoothly.

Staff Coordination

• Welcoming and checking in waiting staff as they arrive for their shifts.
• Managing staff arrivals at scheduled intervals.
• Ensuring staff are organised and ready for service.

Kitchen Pass & Service Coordination

• Supporting the kitchen team during busy dinner services.
• Tracking tables as meals are served and keeping chefs updated on outstanding tables.
• Communicating with the kitchen and front of house teams to ensure service runs smoothly.

End of Shift

• Checking staff out at the end of their shifts.
• Ensuring all aprons, gloves and other equipment are returned.
• Supporting the smooth close-down of the evening.

What Are We Looking For?

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant supervision, events or staff coordination.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Confidence working with different teams in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• A friendly, proactive approach and a willingness to get stuck in.
• Must be aged 18 or over due to late-night working.
