Due to continued success and a strong pipeline of work, they are actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Leicester office with hybrid and flexible working. Your new roleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of civil engineering projects from pre-construction through to final account. Key responsibilities will include: Managing project costs, budgets, forecasts and financial reporting Administering NEC form of contract Preparing and submitting applications for payment and managing cash flow Identifying, pricing and negotiating compensation events, variations and change control Procuring subcontractors and managing subcontract accounts Preparing interim valuations and agreeing final accounts Monitoring project performance and identifying opportunities to improve commercial outcomes Providing commercial support and guidance to project delivery teams Managing project risks and opportunities throughout ..... full job details .....
