Drive workforce planning, succession planning and organisational capability initiatives. Develop and utilise People Analytics to support business decision-making and future workforce requirements. Strengthen HR governance, compliance, policies and assurance frameworks. Improve HR service delivery, processes, operating models and organisational effectiveness. Lead and support organisational change, restructures, organisational design and transformation programmes. Partner with senior operational leaders to drive engagement, performance and workforce capability. Champion inclusion, employee engagement and continuous improvement across the People Function.
