The business is entering an exciting phase of growth, with significant investment planned for 2026-and they''re now looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer.A 4-day working week, giving you more time off without sacrificing earning potential-ideal if you''re looking for a better work-life balance without compromising on career progression.As a Multiskilled Engineer, this is what you''ll be doing:You''ll be part of a well-established engineering team, working a days and nights rotation across a 4-day working week-supporting a fast-paced production environment with a range of specialist machinery.Tasks will include:Maintaining and repairing equipment in line with schedules and specifications to maximise reliability and minimise downtime, including testing, fault finding and repairs.Identifying recurring equipment issues and implementing long-term fixes through root cause analysis.Ensuring all tools and repair equipment are maintained and fit for purpose.Supporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.The experience you will bring to the team:Ideally qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or HNC equivalent.A time-served, apprentice-trained Multiskilled Engineer is essential.And this is what you''ll get in return:Alongside a highly competitive salary
