The role:


  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to students in Key Stage 2
  • Develop and implement a well-rounded curriculum that meets national educational standards
  • Use effective teaching strategies to cater to the diverse learning needs of students and ensure progress
  • Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning
  • Assess student progress through a range of formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular projects and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and behaviour
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and well-being

The Ideal Candidate:andnbsp;


  • Bachelor''s degree in Education or a relevant subject area
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
  • Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably in a primary school setting
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment requirements
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Passion for teaching and commitment to the holistic development of each child
