Are you an organised, customer-focused professional with a passion for creating memorable events? Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales and Events Co-ordinator to join their team to manage a wide range of events. As the Sales and Events Co-ordinator, you will be central to the success of their events programme. You will handle the entire event lifecycle, from responding to initial sales enquiries to coordinating the final details. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the sales process and the operational delivery of first-class events. Key Responsibilities: Manage all incoming sales enquiries, providing guidance on venue spaces, services, and pricing Prepare tailored proposals and detailed event plans for clients Identify opportunities to upsell services and maximise revenue Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience at every stage Conduct venue tours and showcase facilities Manage bookings, contracts, deposits and invoicing Record and communicate all event requirements, including room layouts, catering, equipment, decorations and timings Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery Support on-the-day event operations, ensuring smooth execution Who We re Looking For: Minimum 2 years experience in event sales and coordination Experience working in conference or banqueting venues Knowledge of events industry booking portals Proficiency with CRM or event management s
