Our client is a PE backed Technology business that is looking to hire a Financial Controller to support growht and expansion. The role is newly created and is based in Central London. They offer hybrid working 2-3 days in the office per week. Ideally this role would suit someone who has previously worked for a PE / VC business that has been through an exit. The Financial Controller will play a critical role in strengthening the finance function of a fast-growing, Private Equity-backed business. Reporting to the CFO, the role will lead the financial control, reporting, and compliance agenda while building scalable processes and systems to support growth and prepare the business for a successful future exit.The successful candidate will ensure robust financial reporting, strong internal controls, and high-quality management information to support decision making by the executive team and investors.
