seasonal, fresh food

and exceptional reputation for quality dining.About the Role:

Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily operation of a high-volume kitchen

Assisting in the delivery of consistently excellent dishes using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients

Taking the lead in sections of the kitchen, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high standards are maintained

Contributing to menu development and seasonal specials

Ensuring all food hygiene and safety standards are upheld

About You:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous in a quality, fresh food kitchen
