A Senior Product Manager is required to lead the development of an advanced, AI-powered platform for a global organisation. The organisation is building a next-generation, data-driven knowledge agent that will provide employees across its global business with intelligent access to complex information and organisational knowledge. You will own the product strategy and roadmap, taking the initial knowledge platform from development through to delivery and adoption, while shaping the longer-term vision for an expanding ecosystem of intelligent, interconnected agents. Responsibilities: Defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the AI-powered knowledge platform and wider agentic AI ecosystem. Leading the delivery of the first version of the knowledge platform for global use. Translating business needs into product requirements, priorities and delivery plans. Coordinating product workstreams, chairing delivery syncs and resolving day-to-day prioritisation conflicts. Acting as the escalation point for cross-workstream dependencies, ensuring alignment between Product Owners. Working closely with engineering, data and architecture teams to deliver the underlying knowledge infrastructure, including context graphs and semantic layers.
