Assist with managing all costs relating to projects to ensure validity and value for money. Support the OPA in preparing supporting documentation for projects including ITT, Tandamp;C''s, and cost estimates. Support Project Teams that tenders are issued in accordance with the Agency''s procurement policy and procedures. Work closely with the Procurement department to ensure that contracts are put in place that are the most suitable to ensure delivery of the requirement in a timely andamp; cost-effective manner. Assist with monitoring and where necessary measure the services provided by the contractor to verify application for payment. Assist with monitoring Contractors to ensure compliance with the Contract. Assist with monitoring, maintaining and re-negotiating schedules of Rates. Assist with the review
