Previous experience is essential for this role.About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Site Manager to join our clients team based in Norfolk for an ongoing role. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.Implement and maintain health and safety standards on site.Monitor project progress, costs, and compliance with regulations.Manage site documentation and records effectively. Requirements: Previous experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), First Aid, and CSCS certifications.Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
