About the Role You ll plan and deliver a range of engaging activities across West Surrey, creating safe, welcoming spaces where young carers can connect with others, grow in confidence and feel supported. You ll build positive relationships with children and families, work alongside schools and community partners, and help identify young carers who may benefit from our support.
