The role will have overall responsibility for UK and European Customers, and will work with key stakeholders in the wider group to ensure smooth delivery of customer goods.DescriptionEnsure the smooth flow and delivery of customer orders within expected timescalesLiaise with stakeholders in US to ensure stock levels meet customer demands and fulfil customer ordersEnsure correct export documentation is in place for customer ordersManage and resolve customer issues around late delivery, none delivery or incorrect ordersManage stock levels in line with demand, market activity and customer behaviourLiaise with freight forwarding companies to ensure service levels are met and maintainedEnsure commercial viability when working with freight forwarding companiesCreate and present reports on customer activity to key stakeholders in USProfileExperience in a similar Customer Service, Order Management or Export roleStrong understanding of end to end order managementExportation experience (desirable)Excellent communicator both written and verbalStrong attention to detailJob OfferThe role of Customer S
