Overview:Due to growth We are seeking a skilled and reliable Class 1 Driver to join our team.You will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations across the UK. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in commercial driving .Duties:- Safely operate a truck to transport goods and materials to designated locations- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment- Nights out may be required and paid extra.Skills:- Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record- Proven experience as a truck driver or delivery driver- Drivers CPC valid card- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team membersWe offer competitive pay rates for this position. - 20 Days Annual Holiday April - March (Excluding B/H) - Full Uniform and PPE. - Annual CPC Top Up.
