Job Title: Business / Digital Skills Tutor Location: Centre based Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (inclusive of location uplift) - depending on skills and experience Type: Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria: Hold - or be willing to work towards - a recognised Teaching qualification and/or Assessor award. Experience of delivering vocational training and ideally experience of teaching or assessing Business Enterprise or Digital Skills. Ideally hold own NVQ Level 2,or equivalent in a Business or Digital Skills discipline. Confident and comfortable to deliver training/workshops to small groups of learners. Must be IT Literate. Duties include: Deliver qualifications in Business and Digital Skills, to small groups of learners within a classroom environment. Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners'' skills knowledge and behaviours Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews. Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression. Embedding of Maths and English into sessions. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner s needs.
