Key Responsibilities Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef''s absence Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers Identify opportunities to improve food service standards Create a positive and supportive kitchen environment Support the team in delivering high-quality food concepts Represent Compass Group UK and Ireland and maintain a positive brand image Assist with food ordering, stock control, and food waste management Oversee kitchen cleaning to maintain high hygiene standards Support budget management and achieve financial targets Ensure compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations What We''re Looking For Passion for great-tasting food Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to build positive working relationships Confidence to take initiative and make sound decisions Ability to work well under pressure Excell
