Multi Skilled QA TechnicianLocation: MiddletonPay Rate: £15.57 per hourContract: Temporary ongoing contractShift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rota (2 days, 2 nights) Multi Skilled QA TechnicianJob PurposeTo support day-to-day quality assurance activities on site, ensuring products meet quality, safety and compliance standards (including BRC), while supporting production and continuous improvement. Multi Skilled QA TechnicianKey Activities Contribute to site CI projects to improve the overall quality of raw materials and finished products, environmental impact and/or productivity.Provide flexible QA/Analytical support to blending, blowmould and filling processes to assist and ensure conformance in each of the departments in relation to quality-related issues.Generate/collate data and evaluate quality failures in materials or intermediate/finished goods attributes to drive cost reduction, performance improvement and reduce waste.Where agreed with the Quality Manager, undertake project work related to the prevention of customer complaints and major rework.Support incident investigations that identify root causes of major non-conformances, working with Filling, Blowmoulding and Logistics personnel to conduct effective investigations.Be conversant in packaging production processes and associated quality procedures to support production and facilitate solutions to quality-related issues.Audit/contact suppliers as and when required, ensuring all processes and procedures in place are ..... full job details .....
