Technical Support and Service Co Ordinator

Salary to -45,000 plus benefits

We are a global leader in end of line packaging systems supplied to the pharmaceutical sector. We are growing our UK Sales and Service office and now require an experienced technical support engineer to join our team.

This is an exciting role as you will be acting as the intermediary between our head office in Italy and our customers here in the UK. As our Technical Support Engineer you will:

• Provide support during the installation and commissioning phases of packaging machines and lines at customer sites.
• Coordinate between the Aftersales and Service teams to plan and execute post-sales service orders.
• Review and communicate all necessary technical information to field technicians, ensuring clarity and completeness prior to interventions.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Participate in technical meetings with customers to define solutions and corrective actions during the post-installation phase.
• Serve as a direct interface with technical departments in Italy (engineering, production, testing) for analysis and resolution of complex technical issues.

We can offer an excellent salary of up to -45,000 and invite applications from candidates with a technical mind set and experience of having carried out a similar technical support and service co ordination role.
