About The Team: With a number of ex-senior HMRC investigators in our team, we have in-depth experience across multiple HMRC departments, and are able to present and advise our clients on their options at each stage of an HMRC enquiry. We assist our clients as we inform them of the questions HMRC are likely to ask, and explain the tax risk HMRC is likely seeking to explore, helping bring the enquiry towards a conclusion. What You''ll Do: Working with the Tax Dispute Resolution (TDR) team of experienced HMRC dispute resolution specialists to manage HMRC investigations under COP 9, COP 8, Cross Tax enquiries, and all manner of technical disputes. Work with Partners, Directors and the wider tax team to ensure the smooth running of HMRC investigations or disclosures. Take a proactive role in the preparation of disclosure reports, including all computational aspects of the report, for submission to HMRC, working directly to senior team members.
