Graduate Surveyor We are seeking a motivated Graduate Surveyor to join our well-established and highly regarded firm based in Woking, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to build a long-term career in property and work towards a RICS professional qualification within a supportive and experienced team. The Role As a Graduate Surveyor, you will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of residential and commercial surveys and valuations, with a particular focus on loan security valuations. You will work closely with senior surveyors, developing both technical knowledge and practical skills while progressing through your RICS pathway. Key Responsibilities Assisting with residential and commercial property surveys Supporting valuation work for a variety of property types Involvement in development site appraisals and feasibility assessments Preparing reports and assisting with client instructions Attending site inspections and client meetings Working towards RICS APC requirements with structured support and mentoring About You RICS-accredited degree (or working towards one) in surveying or a related discipline Strong interest in residential, commercial, and development property Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well organised, proactive, and keen to learn Ideally has availability to a vehicle and within 60 minutes commute of Woking What We Offer Clear pathway and structured support towards RICS qualification Exposure to a dive
