We''re recruiting for an experienced Engineering Services Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of enterprise IT services across Infrastructure, Networks and End User Computing. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for ensuring high service performance, driving continual improvement and supporting the development of a multi-disciplinary engineering team. Working closely with senior technical leadership, you''ll help shape service delivery, manage operational risk and oversee the successful transition of new technologies into BAU support.
