Location: Secondary School, FlintContract: Regular Supply DaysPart time hours and days availablePay: £100-110 a day dependant on experience We are currently recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors to work on a daily supply and short-term basis across a range of secondary schools. This role is ideal for confident individuals who can step into the classroom at short notice, maintain strong behaviour standards, and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. The Role Supervising classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 using pre-set lesson plansManaging classroom behaviour effectively and ensuring a positive learning environmentEnsuring students remain on task and complete work set by the teacherProviding feedback to teaching staff at the end of the lesson/dayAdapting confidently to different school settings and expectations Requirements Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or similar role in a secondary schoolStrong classroom management skills and confidence managing behaviourExperience working at secondary school levelReliability, flexibility, and a professional attitudeAbility to work on short notice and in varied school environments What We Offer Flexible work to suit availabilityAccess to a variety of secondary schoolsOngoing work for strong performersSupportive agency team and clear communication
