You''ll play a key role in driving operational excellence while supporting the company''s business goals and financial targets.Duties and Responsibilities:In consultation with and at the direction of the Head of Ridham Operations, your main duties and responsibilities are as follows:The daily management and allocation of duties of all operational staff at the Sites.Liaise with individual waste stream recycling Supervisors and all Operational Teams to ensure effective delivery of their respective job specifications and daily work/output allocationsAssist in the delivery of all relevant budgets in relation to:a) revenues, costs and underlying profitability;b) providing timely data to the Finance team; andc) generation of purchase orders and invoice authorisation to ensure costs are accurately allocated.Control of sub-contractors and their activities on the Sites.Manage interface with the Plant Wor
