Conducting detailed research into planning policy, planning history and development constraints. Preparing planning appraisals, statements, reports and planning applications. Developing planning strategies and providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients. Managing and monitoring planning applications proactively. Leading on householder, minor and other planning applications. Supporting senior colleagues and Directors on larger-scale development projects.
