A1 Personnel are currently recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Tilbury.Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise and lead warehouse staff.Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.Ensure efficient use of warehouse space.Implement and enforce safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.Oversee the receiving and dispatching of goods.Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely shipments.Implement quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and condition of products.Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology to track inventory and streamline operations.Address and resolve operational issues promptly.Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to warehouse operations.Maintain clear communication with warehouse staff and other departments.Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and other external partnersRequirements:Strong leadership and organizational skillsAttention to detailThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this role.WMS systemsFLT LicensePrevious experience in the industry is requiredHours:Monday to FridayFlexibility required
