About the Job This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator with a strong payroll bureau background to join an established team in Reading. You will manage your own portfolio of customers and take responsibility for accurate end-to-end payroll delivery, while also providing day-to-day support to the wider team. Although this role does not have direct line management responsibility, you will act as a senior point of contact for colleagues, helping with queries and more complex payroll escalations. Duties will include: Taking ownership of end-to-end payroll processing for an allocated portfolio of customers Processing PAYE, statutory payments, starters, leavers, pensions, deductions and attachment of earnings. Completing RTI submissions and supporting year-end payroll requirements and statutory documentation. Investigating and resolving payroll queries Acting as a senior point of contact for colleagues when complex payroll queries or escalations arise.
