Financial Accountant (12-month FTC) Location: Wolverhampton (Hybrid) Salary: £50,000 £55,000 + Benefits Start: Immediate or up to 4 weeks'' notice We re currently supporting a leading manufacturing business based in Wolverhampton in their search for a Financial Accountant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is a backfill for a key team member who has been seconded to a major ERP implementation project. We re ideally looking for a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), but we are also open to experienced QBE applicants with a strong technical background in financial accounting. The Role As Financial Accountant, you ll take ownership of a range of technical accounting tasks, working closely with the Financial Controller and wider finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Key responsibilities include: Group month-end reporting Treasury management and cash forecasting Intercompany transactions and reconciliations Foreign exchange (FX) accounting Transfer pricing compliance Fixed asset accounting RandD spend tracking and tax credit claims Support with strengthening and embedding internal controls This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a complex, international manufacturing environment and build valuable experience in technical finance areas.
