An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join a well-established company providing specialist residential care for children and young people with complex needs. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be providing direct care and taking a senior role in the day-to-day running of the home, while supporting the development of the wider care team. This full-time permanent role offers a salary of £30,000 plus £60 per sleep-in and benefits. No sponsorship provided. We are also seeking a Residential Support Worker with salary of £26,000 plus £60 per sleep-in.
