Sen Teaching Assistant

The school provides a nurturing environment for pupils with additional needs, focusing on adaptive teaching, emotional wellbeing and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential both academically and socially.The school is looking to appoint a SEND Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis with an immediate start. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will work between 8:30am and 4pm, supporting pupils through small group work, adaptive learning strategies and play-based learning, while also supporting personal care, behaviour regulation and Pre-Key Stage assessment within the classroom.The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or 6 months plus relevant experience • Experience supporting children and young people with SEND • Strong understanding of adaptive teaching and behaviour support strategies • Experience supporting pupils with emotional regulation and personal care • Knowledge of Pre-Key Stage assessment and differentiated learning approaches • A patient, proactive and can-do attitudeIn return for the above you can expect to receive:• A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with the easy onboarding process • Guaranteed Payment Scheme Terms and Conditions apply • CPD Courses and certificates as part of the My-Progression channel • Market leading rates of pay • TeacherActive Referral Scheme Receive up ..... full job details .....
