As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Working Quality Supervisor to oversee and maintain high standards of workmanship across projects.This is a hands-on role combining quality assurance, compliance, and operational oversight. You''ll be responsible for conducting site visits, qualifying works, and ensuring that all installations and remedial works meet regulatory and company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular site visits to inspect and qualify electrical worksEnsure all installations, maintenance, and remedial works meet quality and safety standardsReview and verify documentation including EIC, EICR, and Minor Works CertificatesSupport engineers with technical guidance and ensure compliance with regulationsOperate workforce management software via company mobile deviceLiaise with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service excellenceAssist with onboarding and training of new staff to uphold quality standardsMaintain accurate records of inspections and corrective actionsProvide feedback and reporting to senior management on quality performanceOccasionally work out-of-hours or away from home as requiredRequ
