Job Description We''re seeking Project Manager- Civil/Structural to manage the main facilities contractors for civils and steelwork. The Package Manager will be responsible for successful delivery of the packages from procurement, through readiness, construction and commissioning. Costain are procuring, managing and administering the Facilities Contracts for and on behalf of bp. This project management role is to be the package manager for the main facilities contractors for civils and steelwork. The package manager will be responsible for successful delivery of the packages from procurement, through readiness, construction and commissioning. The scope includes: Support structures for the above ground pipeline New pipebridges Existing pipebridge strengthening Civils and steelwork for AGIs Major culvert at Bluemain HV civils route - including buried duct route with two HV support bridges (One over the Network Rail) Responsibilities Appointed Project/Package manager and the main point of contact for the relevant Facilities contractors. Monitor engineering progress and ensure engineering outputs are produced and the scope documents are ready for procurement of the Facilities contracts on time Support the procurement of the relevant Facilities contractors Chair the monthly progress meeting and ensure the Facilities Contractors produce the required daily, weekly and monthly reports Oversee the Facilities contracts, monitor performance and support and enable successful delivery.
