The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to coordinate and implement security mobilisations efficiently.Role

CCTV and Security SIA licenceKey Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage security strategies across assigned sites.Lead mobilisation projects, ensuring seamless transition and security setup for new sites or projects.Manage recruitment, training, and scheduling.Ensure compliance with legal, health and safety, and company standards.Liaise with clients and other service partners as required.Monitor and report on security operations and incident management.Continuously evaluate and improve security processes and procedures.Requirements

Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role.Demonstrable mobilisation experience, including planning and executing security setups for new sites or projects.Strong management and leadership skills, ability to influence, negotiate and engage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Relevant security certifications - SIA license and IOSH are preferred.Knowledge of security systems and technology.About Ward Security
