Sign Assembler and mate RequiredNorthampton Based CompanyMonday to Friday working 15.50 - 16.50 per hour DOE We are looking for a Sign Assembler to join our client who are an established family business with over 40 years experience within the sign making industry. Reporting to the Works Manager / Assistant Works Manager, you will be part of the manufacturing team making signs for their clients. These are made up of small independent businesses to large corporate organisations. As a Sign Assembler you will be working as part of the assembly team working on the final stages of assembling the manufactured signs. The duties of the Sign Assembler will be as follows Material HandlingWorking with hand toolsBuilding and assembling manufactured signsBuilding sign components including faces and channel lettersQuality checksReading from drawings and diagrams You will require to come from a signage background and will need the below skills:The ability to work in a teamExperience of working from diagrams and drawingsCan use hand and power toolsHas basic electrical knowledge (for working on electrical signs)Strong sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely mannerStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task and handle numerous projects simultaneouslyGo out with a fitter and help fit the signs to customers.If you have the specified skills and experience to work as a sign assembler please apply to this advert or send your CV to (url removed) Travail Employment Grou
