Credit Controller Flexible Hours Norwich Hours: Choose your work pattern 3, 4 or 5 days per week Contract: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Salary: Competitive and dependant on experience Benefits: Standard holiday allowance, pension scheme and additional perks What You ll Be Doing: Managing invoicing and credit control processes from start to finish Chasing aged debt and communicating effectively with customers Reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy in financial records Dealing with creditors, responding to queries, and maintaining strong relationships Processing and paying invoices promptly Using Sage software to manage ledgers and financial records Supporting broader finance operations where needed You Will Need: Proven experience in credit control, invoicing, and financial reconciliations Strong working knowledge of Sage (SAGE) Confidence in chasing payments and dealing with both creditors and customers Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
